Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The opioid receptors are G-protein coupled, seven-transmembrane domain receptors for enkephalins, endorphins, and dynorphins. Signaling leads to the inhibition of adenylate cyclase activity. Inhibits neurotransmitter release by reducing calcium ion currents and increasing potassium ion conductance. Plays a role in the perception of pain and in opiate-mediated analgesia. Plays a role in developing analgesic tolerance to morphine.
Antigen:A synthesized peptide derived from human IRAK3
Antigen Synonyms:
Clonality:Polyclonal antibody
Source:
Reaction:IRAK3 Antibody detects endogenous levels of IRAK3

Tissue specificity:IRAK3 Antibody detects endogenous levels of IRAK3
Storage:Store at +4°C short term. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
Buffer condition:Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline , pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Background:IRAK3 a TKL kinase of the IRAK family. The interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinases are important mediators in the signal transduction of Toll-like receptor and IL1R family members, collectively referred to as TIRs.
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
