Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of theSWI/SNF family of proteins. Members of this family have helicaseand ATPase activities and are thought to regulate transcription ofcertain genes by altering the chromatin structure around thosegenes. The protein encoded by this gene is a component of thechromatin remodeling and spacing factor RSF, a facilitator of thetranscription of class II genes by RNA polymerase II. The encodedprotein is similar in sequence to the Drosophila ISWI chromatinremodeling protein.

Antigen:This ISWI antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 946-975 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ISWI.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
