Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes the integrin alpha X chain protein.Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed ofan alpha chain and a beta chain. This protein combines with thebeta 2 chain (ITGB2) to form a leukocyte-specific integrin referredto as inactivated-C3b (iC3b) receptor 4 (CR4). The alpha X beta 2complex seems to overlap the properties of the alpha M beta 2integrin in the adherence of neutrophils and monocytes tostimulated endothelium cells, and in the phagocytosis of complementcoated particles.

Antigen:This ITGAX/CD11c antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 246-274 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ITGAX/CD11c.

Buffer condition:Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
