Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The product of this gene belongs to the integrin betachain family of proteins. Integrins are integral cell-surfaceproteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This geneencodes the integrin beta chain beta 2. A given chain may combinewith multiple partners resulting in different integrins. Forexample, beta 2 combines with the alpha L chain to form theintegrin LFA-1, and combines with the alpha M chain to form theintegrin Mac-1. Integrins are known to participate in cell adhesionas well as cell-surface mediated signalling. Defects in this geneare the cause of leukocyte adhesion deficiency type I (LAD1). Twotranscript variants encoding the same protein have been identifiedfor this gene.

Antigen:Purified His-tagged ITGB2 protein(Fragment) was used to produced this monoclonal antibody.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
