Gene Name:JAKMIP2

Synonyms:NECC1; JAMIP2

Gene Synonyms:

Gene Full Name:janus kinase and microtubule interacting protein 2

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is reported to be a component of the Golgi matrix. It may act as a golgin protein by negatively regulating transit of secretory cargo and by acting as a structural scaffold of the Golgi. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2012]

Antigen:Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 561-810 of human JAKMIP2 (NP_055605.2).

Antigen Synonyms:Janus kinase and microtubule-interacting protein 2

Clonality:Polyclonal antibody

Tissue specificity:Highly expressed in brain, moderately expressed in thymus, spleen and lung, and weakly expressed in kidney, liver and peripheral blood lymphocytes. Also expressed in adrenal and pituitary glands, as well as testis.

Storage:Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.

Buffer condition:PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
