Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Potassium channels are present in most mammalian cells, where they participate in a wide range of physiologic responses. The protein encoded by this gene is an integral membrane proteinand inward-rectifier type potassium channel. The encoded proteinhas a greater tendency to allow potassium to flow into a cellrather than out of a cell. Three transcript variants encoding thesame protein have been found for this gene.
Antigen:This KCNJ15 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 339-367 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KCNJ15.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
