Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsiblefor the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdividedinto epithelial keratins and hair keratins. This gene encodes aprotein that is expressed in the inner root sheath of hairfollicles. The type II keratins are clustered in a region ofchromosome 12q13.

Antigen:This KRT73 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 493-522 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KRT73.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
