Gene Infomation:Participates in the Wnt signaling pathway. Activates transcription of target genes in the presence of CTNNB1 and EP300. May play a role in hair cell differentiation and follicle morphogenesis. TLE1, TLE2, TLE3 and TLE4 repress transactivation mediated by LEF1 and CTNNB1. Regulates T-cell receptor alpha enhancer function. Binds DNA in a sequence-specific manner. PIAG antagonizes both Wnt-dependent and Wnt-independent activation by LEF1 (By similarity). Isoform 3 lacks the CTNNB1 interaction domain and may be an antagonist for Wnt signaling. Background:Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2, synonyms: LAMPB, CD107b) is a member of a family of membrane glycoproteins. This glycoprotein provides selectins with carbohydrate ligands. LAMP2 may plays a role in tumor cell metastasis. It may also functions in the protection, maintenance, and adhesion of the lysosome.Prior to posttranslational modification, Lysosome Associated Membrane Protein 2 (LAMP2) is a ~45 kDa polypeptide.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
