Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of theserine/threonine kinase family. This kinase contains a SH3 domainand a leucine zipper-basic motif. This kinase preferentiallyactivates MAPK8/JNK kinase, and functions as a positive regulatorof JNK signaling pathway. This kinase can directly phosphorylate, and activates IkappaB kinase alpha and beta, and is found to beinvolved in the transcription activity of NF-kappaB mediated by Rhofamily GTPases and CDC42.
Antigen:This MAP3K11 monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with MAP3K11 recombinant protein.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
