Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the serine/threonine proteinkinase family. This kinase contains a leucine-zipper domain and ispredominately expressed in neuronal cells. The phosphorylationstate of this kinase in synaptic terminals was shown to beregulated by membrane depolarization via calcineurin. This kinaseforms heterodimers with leucine zipper containing transcriptionfactors, such as cAMP responsive element binding protein (CREB) andMYC, and thus may play a regulatory role in PKA or retinoic acidinduced neuronal differentiation. Alternatively spliced transcriptvariants encoding different proteins have been described.[providedby RefSeq].

Antigen:This MAP3K12 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 828-859 amino acids from human MAP3K12.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
