Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The product of this gene functions in the NF-kappaB signaltransduction pathway. The encoded protein, and the similar andfunctionally redundant protein MAP3K7IP2/TAB2, forms a ternarycomplex with the protein kinase MAP3K7/TAK1 and either TRAF2 orTRAF6 in response to stimulation with the pro-inflammatorycytokines TNF or IL-1. Subsequent MAP3K7/TAK1 kinase activitytriggers a signaling cascade leading to activation of the NF-kappaBtranscription factor. The human genome contains a relatedpseudogene. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have beendescribed, but their biological validity has not been determined.

Antigen:This MAP3K7IP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human MAP3K7IP3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
