Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the Ste20 family ofserine/threonine protein kinases. The protein belongs to thesubfamily that consists of members, such as germinal center kinase(GCK), that are characterized by an N-terminal catalytic domain andC-terminal regulatory domain. The kinase activity of the encodedprotein can be stimulated by UV radiation and tumor necrosisfactor-alpha. The protein specifically activates the c-JunN-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway. Evidence suggests thatit functions upstream of mitogen-activated protein kinase kinasekinase 1 (MEKK1). This gene previously was referred to asRAB8-interacting protein-like 1 (RAB8IPL1), but it has been renamedmitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 3 (MAP4K3).

Antigen:This MAP4K3 monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with MAP4K3 recombinant protein.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
