Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:MARCH1 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-boundE3 ubiquitin ligases (EC 6.3.2.19). MARCH proteins add ubiquitin(see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, therebysignaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments.MARCH1 downregulates the surface expression of majorhistocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules (see MIM142880) and other glycoproteins by directing them to the lateendosomal/lysosomal compartment (Bartee et al., 2004 [PubMed14722266]; Thibodeau et al., 2008 [PubMed 18389477]; De Gassart etal., 2008 [PubMed 18305173]).
Antigen:This MARCH1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 163-191 amino acids from the Central region of human MARCH1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
