Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:MARCH9 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-boundE3 ubiquitin ligases (EC 6.3.2.19). MARCH enzymes add ubiquitin(see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, therebysignaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments.MARCH9 induces internalization of several membrane glycoproteinsand directs them to the endosomal compartment (Bartee et al., 2004[PubMed 14722266]; Hoer et al., 2007 [PubMed 17174307]).[suppliedby OMIM].

Antigen:This MARCH9 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 304-330 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MARCH9.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
