Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:MARK proteins are involved in the specific phosphorylation of microtubule-associated proteins for tau, MAP2, and MAP4. MARK3 was originally identified as a marker that was induced by treatment with DNA damaging agents, and loss of MARK3 was found with carcinogenesis in the pancreas. MARK3 may be involved in cell cycle regulation, and alterations in the MARK3 gene may lead to carcinogenesis.

Antigen:This MARK3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 570-601 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MARK3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
