Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the membrane-boundO-acyltransferases family of integral membrane proteins that haveacyltransferase activity. The encoded protein is alysophosphatidylinositol acyltransferase that has specificity forarachidonoyl-CoA as an acyl donor. This protein is involved in thereacylation of phospholipids as part of the phospholipid remodelingpathway known as the Land cycle. Alternative splicing results inmultiple transcript variants.
Antigen:This MBOAT7 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 151-180 amino acids from the Central region of human MBOAT7.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
