Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene product is a member of a family ofmembrane-associated proteins termed MAGUKs (membrane-associatedguanylate kinase homologs). MAGUKs interact with the cytoskeletonand regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, andintracellular junctions. This protein contains a conservedsequence, called the SH3 (src homology 3) motif, found in severalother proteins that associate with the cytoskeleton and aresuspected to play important roles in signal transduction.Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified. Onetranscript variant is experimentally supported, but it doesn'tencode a protein.

Antigen:This MPP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 406-434 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MPP3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
