Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the membrane-spanning 4Agene family. Members of this nascent protein family arecharacterized by common structural features and similar intron/exonsplice boundaries and display unique expression patterns amonghematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues. This gene encodes aB-lymphocyte surface molecule which plays a role in the developmentand differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells. This familymember is localized to 11q12, among a cluster of family members.Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcriptvariants which encode the same protein.

Antigen:This MS4A1/CD20 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 266-294 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human MS4A1/CD20.

Buffer condition:Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
