Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene binds to the beta-amyloidprecursor protein. Beta-amyloid precursor protein is a cell surfaceprotein with signal-transducing properties, and it is thought toplay a role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. Inaddition, the encoded protein can form a heterodimer with UBE1C andbind and activate NEDD8, a ubiquitin-like protein. This protein isrequired for cell cycle progression through the S/M checkpoint.Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have beenfound for this gene.

Antigen:This NAE1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 172-200 amino acids from the Central region of human NAE1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
