Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a cytosolic protein that binds to thesignaling molecule, neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS). Thisprotein has a C-terminal PDZ-binding domain that mediatesinteractions with nNOS and an N-terminal phosphotyrosine binding(PTB) domain that binds to the small monomeric G protein, Dexras1.Studies of the related mouse and rat proteins have shown that thisprotein functions as an adapter protein linking nNOS to specifictargets, such as Dexras1 and the synapsins. Alternative splicingresults in multiple transcript variants encoding differentisoforms.

Antigen:This NOS1AP antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 437-466 amino acids from the Central region of human NOS1AP.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
