Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a protein that homodimerizes andfunctions as a transcription factor which activates the expressionof some key metabolic genes regulating cellular growth and nucleargenes required for respiration, heme biosynthesis, andmitochondrial DNA transcription and replication. The protein hasalso been associated with the regulation of neurite outgrowth.Alternate transcriptional splice variants, which encode the sameprotein, have been characterized. Additional variants encodingdifferent protein isoforms have been described but they have notbeen fully characterized. Confusion has occurred in bibliographicdatabases due to the shared symbol of NRF1 for this gene and for'nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 1' which has an officialsymbol of NFE2L1.
Antigen:This NRF1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 226-255 amino acids from the Central region of human NRF1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
