Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the nucleoporin family. Theprotein is localized to the nuclear rim and is an essentialcomponent of the nuclear pore complex (NPC). All molecules enteringor leaving the nucleus either diffuse through or are activelytransported by the NPC. Alternate transcriptional splice variantsof this gene have been observed but have not been thoroughlycharacterized.
Antigen:This NUP107 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 398-425 amino acids from the Central region of human NUP107.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
