Gene Infomation:Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) catalyzehydrolysis of the cyclic nucleotides cAMP and cGMP to thecorresponding nucleoside 5-prime-monophosphates. Mammalian PDEshave been classified into several families based on theirbiochemical properties. Members of the PDE1 family, such as PDE1B,are calmodulin (see MIM 114180)-dependent PDEs (CaM-PDEs) that arestimulated by a calcium-calmodulin complex (Repaske et al., 1992[PubMed 1326532]).

Antigen:This PDE1B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 473-500 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PDE1B.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
