Gene Infomation:This gene is a member of the PDK/BCKDK protein kinasefamily and encodes a mitochondrial protein with a histidine kinasedomain. This protein is located in the matrix of the mitrochondriaand inhibits the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by phosphorylatingone of its subunits, thereby contributing to the regulation ofglucose metabolism. Expression of this gene is regulated byglucocorticoids, retinoic acid and insulin.

Buffer condition:Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
