Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Phosphoglycerate mutase (PGAM) catalyzes the reversiblereaction of 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PGA) to 2-phosphoglycerate(2-PGA) in the glycolytic pathway. The PGAM is a dimeric enzymecontaining, in different tissues, different proportions of aslow-migrating muscle (MM) isozyme, a fast-migrating brain (BB)isozyme, and a hybrid form (MB). PGAM2 encodes muscle-specificPGAM subunit. Mutations in this gene cause muscle phosphoglyceratemutase eficiency, also known as glycogen storage disease X.
Antigen:This PGAM2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 12-41 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PGAM2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
