Gene Infomation:PLG is a circulating zymogen that is converted to the active enzyme plasmin by cleavage of the peptide bond between arg560 and val561, which is mediated by urokinase and tissue plasminogen activator. The main function of this protein is to dissolve fibrin clots. The protein, like trypsin, belongs to the family of serine proteinases.

Antigen:This PLG antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 150-175 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PLG.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
