Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the glycosyltransferaseO-Fuc family. This enzyme adds O-fucose through an O-glycosidiclinkage to conserved serine or threonine residues in the epidermalgrowth factor-like repeats of a number of cell surface and secretedproteins. O-fucose glycans are involved in ligand-induced receptorsignaling. Alternative splicing of this gene results in twotranscript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided byRefSeq].

Antigen:This POFUT1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 344-373 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human POFUT1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
