Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene appears to have resulted from a fusion of DNAsequences derived from 2 distinct loci, specifically through theduplication of two internal exons from the POM121 gene and four 3'exons from the ZP3 gene. The 5' end of this gene is similar to the5` coding region of the POM121 gene which encodes an integralnuclear pore membrane protein. However, the protein encoded by thisgene lacks the nuclear pore localization motif. The 3' end of thisgene is similar to the last 4 exons of the zona pellucidaglycoprotein 3 (ZP3) gene and the encoded protein retains one zonapellucida domain. Multiple protein isoforms are encoded bytranscript variants of this gene.
Antigen:This POMZP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human POMZP3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
