Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the LARprotein-tyrosine phosphatase-interacting protein (liprin) family.Liprins interact with members of LAR family of transmembraneprotein tyrosine phosphatases, which are known to be important foraxon guidance and mammary gland development. This protein binds tothe intracellular membrane-distal phosphatase domain of tyrosinephosphatase LAR, and appears to localize LAR to cell focaladhesions. This interaction may regulate the disassembly of focaladhesion and thus help orchestrate cell-matrix interactions.Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinctisoforms have been described.
Antigen:This PPFIA1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 52-80 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PPFIA1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
