Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex witha highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure. The core structureis composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings arecomposed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 betasubunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cellsat a high concentration and cleave peptides in anATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway. Anessential function of a modified proteasome, the immunoproteasome,is the processing of class I MHC peptides. This gene encodes amember of the peptidase T1A family, that is a 20S core alphasubunit. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcriptvariants encoding distinct isoforms.
Antigen:This PSMA1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 234-262 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PSMA1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
