Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Transcription factor that binds to the interleukin-6 (IL-6)-responsive elements identified in the promoters of various acute-phase protein genes. Activated by IL31 through IL31RA. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the STAT protein family. In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators.
Antigen:A synthesized peptide derived from human Phospho-p95/NBS1 (S343)

Storage:Store at +4°C short term. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
Buffer condition:Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline , pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Background:NBS1 is a member of the MRE11/RAD50 double-strand break repair complex. Involved in DNA double-strand break repair and DNA damage-induced checkpoint activation. Mutation results in the Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS), an autosomal recessive chromosomal instability syndrome.
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
