Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The product of this gene is a member of thereceptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonineprotein kinases, and contains a C-terminal domain unique from otherRIP family members. The encoded protein is predominantly localizedto the cytoplasm, and can undergo nucleocytoplasmic shuttlingdependent on novel nuclear localization and export signals. It is acomponent of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-I signalingcomplex, and can induce apoptosis and weakly activate the NF-kappaBtranscription factor.

Antigen:This RIPK3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 480-509 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RIPK3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
