Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded this gene contains two RING-fingermotifs and an IBR (in between RING fingers) motif. This protein isan E3 ubiquintin ligase that is localized in Lewy bodies (LBs), acharacteristic neuronal inclusion in Parkinson's disease (PD)brains. This protein interacts with UBE2L3/UBCH7 and UBE2E2/UBCH8,but not other ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes. This protein is foundto bind and ubiquitylate synphilin 1 (SNCAIP), which is ainteracting protein of alpha synuclein in neurons, and a majorcomponent of LB. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encodingthe same protein have been reported.

Antigen:This RNF19A antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 384-413 amino acids from the Central region of human RNF19A.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
