Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Placental ribonuclease inhibitor (PRI) is a member of afamily of proteinaceous cytoplasmic RNase inhibitors that occur inmany tissues and bind to both intracellular and extracellularRNases (summarized by Lee et al., 1988 [PubMed 3219362]). Inaddition to control of intracellular RNases, the inhibitor may havea role in the regulation of angiogenin (MIM 105850). Ribonucleaseinhibitor, of 50,000 Da, binds to ribonucleases and holds them in alatent form. Since neutral and alkaline ribonucleases probably playa critical role in the turnover of RNA in eukaryotic cells, RNH maybe essential for control of mRNA turnover; the interaction ofeukaryotic cells with ribonuclease may be reversible invivo.
Antigen:This RNH1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 425-454 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RNH1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
