Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc fingertranscription factor that binds to RAS-responsive elements (RREs)of gene promoters. It has been shown that the calcitonin genepromoter contains an RRE and that the encoded protein binds thereand increases expression of calcitonin, which may be involved inRas/Raf-mediated cell differentiation. Multiple transcript variantsencoding several different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Antigen:This RREB1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1398-1424 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RREB1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
