Gene Infomation:This nucleolar protein was first characterized because itwas an autoantigen in cases on interstitial cystitis. The protein,with a predicted molecular weight of 50 kDa, appears to belocalized in the particulate compartment of the interphasenucleolus, with a distribution distinct from that of nucleolarprotein B23. During mitosis it is associated with chromosomes.

Antigen:This SC65 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 361-390 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human SC65.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
