Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is part of the largeATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex SWI/SNF, which isrequired for transcriptional activation of genes normally repressedby chromatin. The encoded protein, either alone or when in theSWI/SNF complex, can bind to 4-way junction DNA, which is thoughtto mimic the topology of DNA as it enters or exits the nucleosome. The protein contains a DNA-binding HMG domain, but disruption ofthis domain does not abolish the DNA-binding ornucleosome-displacement activities of the SWI/SNF complex. Unlikemost of the SWI/SNF complex proteins, this protein has no yeastcounterpart.
Antigen:This SMARCE1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 307-335 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human SMARCE1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
