Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family.Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is aphosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellulartrafficking. This protein associates with the long isoform of theleptin receptor, the transforming growth factor-beta family ofreceptor serine-threonine kinases, and with receptor tyrosinekinases for platelet-derived growth factor, insulin, and epidermalgrowth factor. This protein may form oligomeric complexes withfamily member proteins through interactions of both the PX domainand the coiled coil regions of the molecules. Translocation of thisprotein from the cytoplasm to the nucleus occurs after binding toproviral integration site 1 protein. This gene results in twotranscripts encoding two distinct isoforms.

Antigen:This SNX6 monoclonal antibody is generated from mouse immunized with SNX6 recombinant protein.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
