Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a transmembrane protein with twoextracellular Kunitz domains that inhibits a variety of serineproteases. The protein inhibits HGF activator which prevents theformation of active hepatocyte growth factor. This gene is aputative tumor suppressor, and mutations in this gene result incongenital sodium diarrhea. Multiple transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided byRefSeq].
Antigen:This SPINT2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 222-251 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human SPINT2.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
