Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a serine/threonine kinase that isthought to function in the cellular stress response pathway. Thekinase is activated in response to hypotonic stress, leading tophosphorylation of several cation-chloride-coupled cotransporters. The catalytically active kinase specifically activates the p38 MAPkinase pathway, and its interaction with p38 decreases uponcellular stress, suggesting that this kinase may serve as anintermediate in the response to cellular stress. [provided byRefSeq].
Antigen:Purified His-tagged STK39 protein(Fragment) was used to produced this monoclonal antibody.

Buffer condition:Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
