Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the family of non-receptortype Tyr protein kinases. This protein is widely expressed inhematopoietic cells and is involved in coupling activatedimmunoreceptors to downstream signaling events that mediate diversecellular responses, including proliferation, differentiation, andphagocytosis. It is thought to be a modulator of epithelial cellgrowth and a potential tumour suppressor in human breastcarcinomas. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encodingdifferent isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided byRefSeq].
Antigen:This SYK antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 268-305 amino acids from human SYK.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
