Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:Stress-activated, pro-apoptotic kinase which, following caspase-cleavage, enters the nucleus and induces chromatin condensation followed by internucleosomal DNA fragmentation. Key component of the Hippo signaling pathway which plays a pivotal role in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. The core of this pathway is composed of a kinase cascade wherein stk3/mst2 and stk4/mst1, in complex with its regulatory protein sav1, phosphorylates and activates lats1/2 in complex with its regulatory protein mob1, which in turn phosphorylates and inactivates yap1 oncoprotein and wwtr1/taz. Phosphorylation of yap1 by lats2 inhibits its translocation into the nucleus to regulate cellular genes important for cell proliferation, cell death, and cell migration (By similarity).
Antigen:This DANRE stk3(36kDa subunit) antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 228-252 amino acids from the Central region of DANRE stk3(36kDa subunit).

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
