Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The intronless gene for this transcription coactivator islocated between the protocadherin beta and gamma gene clusters onchromosome 5. The protein encoded by this gene is a component ofthe TFIID protein complex, a complex which binds to the TATA box inclass II promoters and recruits RNA polymerase II and otherfactors. This particular subunit interacts with the largest TFIIDsubunit, as well as multiple transcription activators. The proteinis required for transcription by promoters targeted by RNApolymerase II.

Antigen:This TAF7 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 308-337 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TAF7.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
