Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a G protein-coupledreceptor and is a component of the heterodimeric amino acid tastereceptor T1R1+3. The T1R1+3 receptor responds to L-amino acids butnot to D-enantiomers or other compounds. Most amino acids that areperceived as sweet activate T1R1+3, and this activation is strictlydependent on an intact T1R1+3 heterodimer. Multiple transcriptvariants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Antigen:This TAS1R1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 323-351 amino acids from the Central region of human TAS1R1.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
