Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The product of this gene is one of four proteins(cofactors A, D, E, and C) involved in the pathway leading tocorrectly folded beta-tubulin from folding intermediates. CofactorsA and D are believed to play a role in capturing and stabilizingbeta-tubulin intermediates in a quasi-native confirmation. CofactorE binds to the cofactor D/beta-tubulin complex; interaction withcofactor C then causes the release of beta-tubulin polypeptidesthat are committed to the native state. This gene encodeschaperonin cofactor A.

Antigen:This TBCA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 30-58 amino acids from the Central region of human TBCA.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
