Gene Full Name:
Gene Infomation:This gene encodes a member of the transcription elongationfactor A (SII)-like (TCEAL) gene family. Members of this family mayfunction as nuclear phosphoproteins that modulate transcription ina promoter context-dependent manner. The encoded protein is similarto transcription elongation factor A/transcription factor SII andcontains a zinc finger-like motif as well as a sequence related tothe transcription factor SII Pol II-binding region. It may exertits effects via protein-protein interactions with othertranscriptional regulators rather than via direct binding of DNA.Multiple family members are located on the X chromosome.Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variantsencoding a single isoform.
Antigen:This TCEAL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TCEAL1.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Background:
Molar Function:
Western Blot:Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
