Gene Infomation:TCF21 encodes a transcription factor of the basichelix-loop-helix family. The TCF21 product is mesoderm specific,and expressed in embryonic epicardium, mesenchyme-derived tissuesof lung, gut, gonad, and both mesenchymal and glomerular epithelialcells in the kidney. Two transcript variants encoding the sameprotein have been found for this gene.

Antigen:This TCF21 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 144-173 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TCF21.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed.
