Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:Transglutaminases are enzymes that catalyze thecrosslinking of proteins by epsilon-gamma glutamyl lysineisopeptide bonds. While the primary structure of transglutaminasesis not conserved, they all have the same amino acid sequence attheir active sites and their activity is calcium-dependent. Theprotein encoded by this gene consists of two polypeptide chainsactivated from a single precursor protein by proteolysis. Theencoded protein is involved the later stages of cell envelopeformation in the epidermis and hair follicle.

Antigen:This TGM3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 539-567 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TGM3.

Buffer condition:Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Background:

Molar Function:

Western Blot:

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
