Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of theTNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is activated by tumornecrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TNFSF10/TRAIL),and thus transduces cell death signal and induces cell apoptosis.Studies with FADD-deficient mice suggested that FADD, a deathdomain containing adaptor protein, is required for the apoptosismediated by this protein.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
