Gene Full Name:

Gene Infomation:The protein encoded by this gene is a member of theTNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor is expressed by activated, but not by resting, T and B cells. TRAF2 and TRAF5 can interactwith this receptor, and mediate the signal transduction that leadsto the activation of NF-kappaB. This receptor is a positiveregulator of apoptosis, and also has been shown to limit theproliferative potential of autoreactive CD8 effector T cells andprotect the body against autoimmunity. Two alternatively splicedtranscript variants of this gene encoding distinct isoforms havebeen reported.

Antigen:This TNFRSF8/CD30 antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 294-321 amino acids from the Central region of human TNFRSF8/CD30.

Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage: Store at 4°C for frequent use. Stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer for one year without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
